Rabbi Howard Finkelstein has been the spiritual leader of Beit Tikvah of Ottawa (formerly Beth Shalom West) since August, 1991. Prior to coming to us, he served as Rabbi in Kingston, Ontario for 12 years. He is a musmach of Yeshiva University and has two Masters Degrees in Jewish and Hebrew education. He is also the Director of Jewish Studies at Yitzhak Rabin High School in Ottawa.
Chazzan Yair Subar, musical leader of Beit Tikvah of Ottawa since June 2008. Cantor Subar was the Chazzan at Beth Tikvah in Montreal for many years, then at Beth Shalom downtown followed by a year in Mexico City prior to his return to Ottawa in 2008
